Midlife Shape-Up Group Sessions
These are designed to improve posture, balance, core stability, strength, heart health and flexibility — everything you need to help you get in shape, feel more energetic, and improve your overall body function. Group sessions are created according to demand and are kept small to ensure that you receive the attention you need.
Personal Training and Healthy Lifestyle Support
Individualised sessions provide exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaching based on your specific needs. A detailed initial assessment is used to identify your requirements and the kind of program that will most effectively realize your goals. Irrespective of what you want to accomplish, this type of structure will keep you on target. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes long, and I'm committed that they change your life.

Since we all deserve the opportunity to ‘try before we buy’ you’re invited to take up the offer of a complimentary one-on-one exercise session. We’ll discuss your needs, establish your current health and fitness level, provide you with options and recommendations, and give you the chance to ask questions.

Location
Exercise sessions are conducted in the indoor studio at 32 Finsbury Street, Newmarket or in Finsbury Park.
